During one of our visits to Vietnam, we were asked if we could provide financial support to replace a foot bridge that was in poor condition. We agreed to this project and with the help of International Disaster Emergency Services (IDES), we were able to send the funds necessary to replace the deteriorated bridge. The construction has already begun, and we hope to hear of its completion shortly.
These minor infrastructure improvements greatly enhance the quality of life for the local residents, and they are very thankful for these improvements.

Here locals are preparing for the dedication of the new bridge project. The old bridge will be demolished and replaced with a wider and safer bridge. The two ladies are Red Cross representatives who helped coordinate this project.
